Acute Care

Acute care addresses short-term illness and/or injury. We do not prescribe controlled substances and any prescription must be deemed medically necessary by your health care provider during your telemedicine appointment. Please note that not all cases can be addressed via tele-medicine and you may be directed to the emergency department, urgent care, or your primary care provider for further evaluation.

Any prescriptions will be sent to the pharmacy of your choice and you can arrange for pick-up or delivery as available.

A telemedicine visit with a health care professional is not meant to replace regular visits with your primary care doctor.
